The best Lamb meal I have had out ... Ever. Cooked to perfection and the sides ... Red cabbage like I have ever had and a stack of potatoes that melted in my mouth. The flavours of this meal were absolutely perfect. Thank you!! We also had a sample of several apps and they were really good!!! But the Lamb.... Good Gawd!!! I want another plate. An amazing historical landmark that has such elegant and cool vibes. Attached to a hotel and close to the water...
We visited Aura for my birthday dinner and we left as the happiest humans on earth!! From the ambience to the food, everything was perfect, the starters were balanced and the mains had a combination of flavours that did not disappoint, but the desserts? Wow!! Shoutout to Rodri who literally went the extra mile to accommodate all our requests, you’re a star! I’d definitely recommend visiting!
Great service for Mother’s Day last weekend. BEST Sunday roast for miles! The lamb was absolutely amazing - perfectly tender and fat rendered down beautifully. The chicken was fantastic too! Was hesitant to order the chicken roast because I thought it might come out quite dry but it was so good, crispy skin and succulent meat. Really glad the place has reopened. Great for a big family meal.
Had bottomless brunch here and we loved it!The food was amazing, both a main and dessert included, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming, always making sure our drinks were topped up! Would recommend and we shall defo we be back :)
This is my new go to in Cardiff. Absolutely love the roast platter and always ready to supply extra gravy if you ask. The cauliflower cheese is worth the extra as a side. Service has been great every time we've been for Sunday lunch (my family have also been for afternoon tea and loved it). And can't fault there being a 6 hour happy hour every day
Delicious food, friendly and attentive service and a lovely setting. The Welsh breakfast and Welsh beef burger are so tasty and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable!
We visited Aura Brasserie to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and ensured everything was perfect for our special occasion. The atmosphere was lovely, with a warm and inviting vibe. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening memorable, adding those little touches that made my wife feel truly celebrated. I can’t recommend Aura Brasserie & Bar enough! Whether for a special occasion or just a nice meal out, this place is a gem. We’ll definitely be back!
My family organised a surprise 60th Birthday party for me in the private dining area. It was absolutely amazing, the room was really well laid out and the table settings looked stunning. The food was amazing and apparently the bottomless brunch was very good value for money (if the waiters can keep up with the demand!) Service was exceptional and all the staff really did help make the day one to remember. Thank you
